Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy governs all fee payments made through the Online Fee Payment Portal of Calcutta Public School, Ormanjhi.

1. School Fees

School fees paid through the online payment portal are generally non-refundable.

2. Duplicate or Excess Payments

If a fee is paid more than once for the same purpose due to a technical error or any other genuine reason, the excess amount may be considered for refund after verification by the School Accounts Department.

3. Failed Transactions

If your bank account is debited but the payment is not reflected in the school records:

• Please wait for up to 3 working days, as banks may take time to confirm the transaction.
• If the issue continues, contact the School Accounts Department with the transaction details.

4. Refund Processing

Where a refund is approved by the School:

• The refund will be processed through the original mode of payment whenever possible.
• Refunds are normally completed within 7–10 working days after approval, subject to banking timelines.

5. Cancellation

Once a fee payment has been successfully completed, it cannot be cancelled through the online portal.
